I want to request a refund

Melanin Matchmaker does not handle payments, cancellations or refunds for our subscriptions and in-app purchases. These are managed by your App store and only you can cancel any subscriptions. 

Please contact your Apple/Google customer support to request a refund. Please note, all refunds are granted entirely at the discretion of Apple and Google Play.
